By accessing or using Origix ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You agree to use Origix only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measures of the Service.
• Use the Service for automated scraping, mass data extraction, or to train competing AI models.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.

Origix uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses, code, and content ("Output") based on your inputs ("Prompts"). You acknowledge that:

• The Output is generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You should independently verify any Output before relying on it.
• You retain ownership of your Prompts. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Origix assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output generated from your Prompts.
• Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users, and the Service may generate the same or similar output for Origix or a third party.

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

The Service utilizes a "credit" system to allocate computational resources. Free credits provided to anonymous or registered users are at our sole discretion and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked at any time without prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided Prompts and AI-generated Output), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Origix and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Origix.

In no event shall Origix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any Output obtained from the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
